By following the link that was given to you by one of our artists, you acknowledge that you’ve had a consult and are now ready to secure your appointment. If you’ve received this link from a friend, family member or acquaintance, somebody done-goofed and you’ll need to contact the studio or one of the artists before fulfilling this page.

Okay, now that we’ve got that out of the way, please proceed. Once the payment is received (and/or screenshot of the payment) is sent, confirmation of the appointment will be made. Please allow some time for confirmation as we are a small studio and everything is ran by Atom or Chrissy.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We are not a bank. Any payments made will be put into the system under your name, and will be put towards any purchases made in our establishment. Deposits are to secure your appointment, any work put towards your appointment, and should something arise that you can’t make it the artist will be compensated accordingly for their efforts.

If you pay a deposit without a consultation, that deposit will be put into the system under your name, and will be put towards any purchases made in our establishment. Deposits are non-refundable and you’ll need to contact the studio or one of the artists before fulfilling this page.

By submitting a deposit online or in person you agree with the following:
* I understand that submitting a deposit does not guarantee a specific day or time as we process deposits and appointments by a first come, first served basis. This is particularly important for piercings.
* I understand that changes to the price may change due to tattoo design changes, conditions, or jewelry types.
* I understand that my artist reserves the right to reschedule my appointment at any time for any reason.
* I understand it is my responsibility to be in contact with my artist if a need to reschedule or cancel arises.
* I understand I am allowed a total of 2 reschedules after my initial appointment, and then my deposit will I forfeit the deposit to the artist and I will be required to submit another to proceed forward.
* I understand if I am within the 3 appointment threshold, my deposit is valid for 1 year from the date the deposit was submitted. Afterwards, the deposit becomes forfeit to the artist and I will be required to submit another to proceed forward.
